Exchange club is an all volunteer, national service organization for men and women who want to serve their community develop leadership skills and enjoy friendships. Exchange is made up of nearly 1,000 clubs and 30,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Exchange is known to millions as America's Service Club, and with good reason. From our organization earliest days Exchange Clubs have been unselfishly serving their communities and improving the quality of life. The diverse array of Exchange-sponsored programs and projects has made a considerable impact on America thus enhancing the lives of countless men, women and children across the nation.

 

 

SPECIAL NEWS: Our 13th Annual Adopt-A-Teacher a Great Success!

At the October 15, 2009 EBRP School Board meeting, there were twenty-seven teachers adopted and their elementary schools are:

 

    Lindsey Gernhauser, Ashley Johnson, Jennifer Lucas and Hillary Thornhill (Broadmoor), Lily Gray-Butler (Brownfields), Laura Smith (Cedarcrest-Southmoor), Kimberlie Bowie (Delmont), Ffion Thomas (Glen Oaks Park), John Yount (Glen Oaks Park), Dona Rushing (La Belle Aire), Terrlyn Blunt, Jessica Longman, Elizabeth Theis and Ruth Linder (Park), Jeffrey Bender, Jordan LeBlanc and Molly Malloy (Riveroaks), Daniel Fuchs (Scotlandville), Cassi Burdick and Andrea Watson (Shenandoah), Christine Griffith and Allison Sterling (Dufrocq), Amanda Clayton, Alyssa Danos and Shalando Green (University Terrace), Allison Wax and Andra Williams (Winbourne).

 

  Thomas and Bender were adopted by the East Baton Rouge Lions Club;  Thornhill and Watson by the Baton Rouge Area Society of Psychologists.
